Mike is our founder, our boss and the man to go to when you need a bit of direction. His passion for business knows no bounds; it’s what drives him to keep doing what he does best. If you do manage to catch him out of the office, he’ll probably be herding his many dogs, horses and other four-legged friends around his fields (whilst on the phone with a client, naturally).

A background in sales training and management, combined with an interest in writing have enabled me to be involved in two very different areas of Pod Digital, since it was launched by my husband. Watching the business grow and the team flourish continues to be a source of great satisfaction.

Sales Director

I started working here in 2021 and have worked my way up to Sales Director, learning from hands-on experience in our family-run business. I’m passionate about building strong client relationships and creating strategies that help businesses grow. Working alongside my dad, who’s our Managing Director, has given me a real drive to succeed. Outside of work, I’ve been figure skating since I was four and am a qualified kickboxing instructor and ex-fighter. Whether in or out of the office, I’m always pushing myself to learn and improve.

Company Director

Since joining POD in 2017 as an SEO lead, I’ve built a team of skilled specialists from the ground up, transforming it into a fully-fledged department managing over 80 clients. My passion for SEO and digital marketing drives me to share insights and create valuable content for our business website. Outside the office, I enjoy quality time with family and friends, playing golf, cheering on Arsenal (occasionally) and discovering new dining and drinking spots.

I began my journey at Pod in 2018 as a Junior Web Designer after earning a degree in Graphic Design. Over the years, I’ve expanded my expertise in web development and team management. Now, as the Design Director at Pod, I lead a talented team of designers and developers. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and shopping.

Since joining Pod Digital in September 2021, I have built a team of amazingly talented content and video strategists. As a published author, and someone who has spent many years teaching grammar, I have a passion for the written word. Nothing makes me happier than the request, “Can I have a hyphen check, please?” Away from the office, I love to run, ride my horse, Trudy, and walk my two wired-haired dachshunds. I joined Pod in 2022 as an SEO Executive with a budding interest in marketing. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to continuous learning and professional growth and in 2024, I was proud to step into the role of Head of SEO. I now lead an incredible team and thrive in the ever-evolving world of search, a field I love for its constant innovation and the opportunity to learn something new every day. Outside of work, I’m a devoted cat mum and an enthusiastic home cook who loves experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes and bakes.

My passion lies in combining cutting-edge AI technology with targeted sales training to drive tangible growth for our clients. I joined Pod in October 2024, reconnecting with Mike from our Creare days, bringing 13 years of digital marketing experience. Most of it spent helping businesses grow through smart, results-driven strategies. Now in a sales role, I’m passionate about building relationships, understanding clients’ goals, and matching them with the right digital solutions to help their businesses thrive. Outside of work, you’ll often find me running or heading off on two wheels, touring the countryside with my boyfriend, one of our motorbikes and a tent in tow.

Outside of work, I’m either travelling up to Old Trafford to watch Manchester United, adventuring somewhere in Europe or out walking with my dogs.
